The Lupine collar / leash I bought got damaged. How do I get a free replacement?

Lupine collars are guaranteed, even if chewed through. What's Covered?  Lupine products with any accidental damage or hardware failure - including chewing!  What's not covered?  Items that are simply stinky, dirty, outgrown or lost

If your pet has a damaged Lupine collar, harness or leash, simply fill out the information and upload a photo of the damaged item at:

Be sure to include your name, mailing address & email or phone number. 

Your replacement collar goes back in the mail the next business day after the damaged item is received.
