What is your refund or return policy?

We want you to be happy with the product that you ordered.  If you have a problem with your purchase, please email us at 

Items damaged in transit may require that you file a claim with the shipping company (i.e., UPS or USPS).

If you need to return an item, please contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  A valid RMA number and a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt must accompany all returns.

We accept returns for a refund or exchange 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.  After 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit.   Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is one in which there are no signs of wear, usage or damage in any way and any hangtags and packaging are in tact.

Please make sure to follow the return instructions below.  All orders not in compliance will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Items returned after 15 calendar days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  1. Contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
  2. Please send the product back in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. 
  3. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item(s) to us.  If returning merchandise via USPS we suggest getting Delivery Confirmation to track the shipment.  If you are returning the package via UPS or Fedex, they will automatically provide you with a tracking number to ensure that we receive the returned package.

Please include the following items with the merchandise you are returning:
  • A copy of your invoice or receipt with the RMA clearly marked on it
  • Include a note as to why you are returning the item(s).  We use customer feedback to determine which products to carry in our store. 
  • If you wish to exchange the item(s) tell us what item(s) you want in place of the items you are returning.
  • Please include your preferred communication method (email address and/or telephone #) to be used only  in the event that there are any questions
Once your item arrives it will be reviewed and processed promptly.   

Please note that there are some occasions in which items are not returnable or are returnable but subject to a restocking fee:

  • Foreign orders (not including Canada) are non-returnable.
  • Seasonal (Holiday) products as noted in the item description are non-returnable.
  • Customized Products or Special Orders are returnable but are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
